Members of 1-7Million-Surf Traffic Exchange must agree to the
following terms.
1) 1-7Million-Surf reserves the right to refuse membership, or cancel membership, if any member is found to be abusing these terms. Upon termination the member will lose all credits.
2) You may cancel your Membership at any time by clicking the [Delete account] link in the members' area. If you decide to cancel your membership, and later
wish to re-enroll, you will be assigned a new account,
and you will not receive further credit from referrals made using your previous account.
3) We do allow the uses of rotators, redirects and tracking scripts as we believe when these are used correctly then they are a legitimate enhancement in the use of traffic exchanges. However due to abuse of this we now only allow rotators and redirects for pro members.
We also allow non-english sites, but as with rotators, if they break our terms in any way, the penalty will be doubled.
4)What we DO NOT allow:
Although we do our best to ensure bad sites are filtered out, 1-7Million-Surf cannot guarantee that other member's sites do not contain such material.
We do not allow the following page contents;
Racist, illegal or other material that may offend other members.
Sites that interrupts the smooth surfing experience of other members by stopping or delaying the surf timer in any way.
Sites that the Administrator deems to be offensive or inappropriate, with the following receiving special mention
Sites which include pop-ups, pop-behinds, pop-unders, popup/alert message boxes
Pages breaking out of frame and any other behavior found inappropriate
or annoying.
Pages containing Adult material or links to adult sites
Sites promoting gambling, alcohol or tobacco products of any form including look-alike cigarettes.
Sites that attempt to download software without the users consent.
Sites that contain any virus or malware.
Sites that may break and state or federal laws.
Sites that contain hidden iFrames, cause a page to automatically refresh or attempt to cheat any other traffic exchange owner or member.
Sound:
Sites must not automatically play sound or video. Any sites containing sound or video must be manually started by the visitor.
Note: If you attempt to add sites that break our terms, credits will be deducted from your account to compensate admin for the time wasted checking your bad sites.
Also we expect you to respect the wishes of any other traffic exchange owner when using 1-7Million-Surf .
5) Enrolling other members is prohibited:
Members are not under any circumstances allowed to sign
up other members. Members can refer other individuals to the website and help them through the signup
process, however the individual must complete the signup process by him/herself, including the reading and
agreeing to the Membership Agreement. Furthermore, no member shall create false accounts simply for the
benefit of referral rewards or to create a manufactured downline.
Any member found to be engaged in such activity will have their membership revoked and will lose all
credits and/or money in all accounts created.
6) Personal information:
As a member of 1-7Million-Surf you agree to keep your personal information on file up to date and accurate at all
times. You also confirm that the email address you have on file is accurate and in working order.
If any email sent to you from 1-7Million-Surf is undeliverable, then your account may be suspended until you provide a valid current email address. 1-7Million-Surf will keep all personal information about you in the strictest confidence and will not divulge
it to any third party unless obligated to do so by law.
7) Acceptable use of start link:
The start link
(also referred to as the "surf" link) that a member receives upon signing up is to be used
solely by that member and solely for the purpose of viewing other member's web sites through the 1-7Million-Surf traffic exchange network. This link is not to be used in any way that cheats the system or attempts to
compromise it in any way. Furthermore, the start link is not to be promoted on other networks as a means
of falsely obtaining credits. The start link is also not to be placed in any automatic clicking program
or other similar program or software designed to defraud the network or falsely earn credits.
Any inappropriate use of the start link (as indicated, but not limited to the above) will result in
immediate termination of that member's account and all earned or purchased credits along with any
remaining cash balance will be lost.
8) Removal of membership:
A member may at any time request to have his/her membership cancelled by
simply submitting a support request and clearly defining the account that is to be cancelled.
Alternatively, a member may have their membership revoked by 1-7Million-Surf if 1-7Million-Surf deems that member to be
in violation of any of the terms as set out in the Membership Agreement. 1-7Million-Surf also reserves the right to refuse or cancel the membership of any member found to be
defrauding the system in any way, or in any case where
the 1-7Million-Surf feels that the member is not acting in the best interest of the 1-7Million-Surf.
If a member should have their membership canceled for any reason, that member will lose all traffic
credits (whether earned or purchased) and will forfeit any remaining money in any of the accounts
associated with that membership.
9) Loss of data and other errors:
Members agree to not hold liable 1-7Million-Surf for any loss of data
that might occur while the member is using the 1-7Million-Surf website and all services and products contained within.
Loss of data includes, but is not limited to, any account balances, credits, downline members and statistics. 1-7Million-Surf agrees to make every effort within its reasonable power to ensure that such loss of data never
occurs, and 1-7Million-Surf will make every effort within reason to correct any such loss of data.
Members also agree to not hold liable 1-7Million-Surf for any damage that may
arise to the member's computer, software, or other products while using the 1-7Million-Surf website and all
services and products contained within. Although 1-7Million-Surf makes every effort to keep the traffic exchange clean by checking and removing sites on a regular basis, the member agrees to assist admin in keeping the exchange clean by reporting any sites that breaks our terms These sites will be immediately placed on hold impending investigation and inspection by 1-7Million-Surf Admin.
10) Accounts may be deleted if not used for 90 days.
11) Only one membership for each person is allowed.
12) SPAM:
1-7Million-Surf does not condone the use of UCE (unsolicited commercial email) and spam.
Members are strictly prohibited from using spam in their marketing efforts.
This Agreement may be modified by 1-7Million-Surf from time to time,
with or without notice.
These Terms are designed to maintain the integrity of 1-7Million-Surf traffic exchange and Members agree to be bound by these terms.
Privacy Policy
At 1-7Million-Surf, we respect your right to privacy. We will never sell or rent your name, e-mail address,
physical address and any other identifying information that you give us with any third party.
By signing up for our FREE service, you agree to receive occasional e-mails from our company or our
sponsors. You may remove yourself from these mailings at any time. If you pay for extra credits,
banner advertising or anything else, your private information will be encrypted and sent securely
over a SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) connection via facilities of leading credit card processing
companies such as PayPal.
